Yakima River Fishing Report for the week of 6-15-2013

Crow Creek Guide Service

The river has dropped down and is running at about 1500 cfs.The water visibility is great. There was a buffet of bugs hatching off yesterday and the fish were taking full advantage of the great conditions. The hatches were golden stones, yellow sallies, still a few caddis and we even seen a lone skwala. We had great success on dry dropper setup when the pmd hatch was coming off. The fishing was on fire yesterday. Both Guy Drew and I  were on the river yesterday and both had clients on the fish all day. It was one of the best days of the season  so far Thanks to our clients for a great day of fishing. Mark and Jim you guys gave the fish a whoopin and were a real pleasure to fish with. If you have questions about fishing methods, bugs, or want to take a trip with crow creek guide service stop by the shop.
